The first ever International Property Show on Gujarat by The Gujarat
Institute of Housing & Estate Developers (GIHED) is being held in
the US Jersey along with AIANAs (Association of Indian Americans in
North America) 'Chaalo Gujarat' -- World Gujarat Conference, Raritan
Center, New Jersey, followed by a Property Showcase in Chicago on 6-7th
September at the Meadows Club, 2950 W Golf Road, Rolling Meadows, Illinois.
An apex body, established in 1980 by the developers community, the GIHED
represents the predominant interest of those engaged in construction
and its allied industries. With an active involvement of various government
and private bodies, it has successfully represented the concern of the
construction fraternity, while also creating awareness amongst the masses
for better living in safe, hygienic and environment friendly accommodation.
It will delve into every aspect of realty and infrastructure of the
state and promises to present the industry players with great value
and benefits, putting forth to them the immense business possibilities
on an international platform. This show, with 30 developers showcasing
their 150 premium projects, aims at providing an interface for NRI
investors and NRG investors and will persuade them to not only invest
in the state but also consider Gujarat as a serious option for future
living giving them a perfect picture on the property prospects.
