real estate India apex body, the Confederation of Real Estate Developer’s Associations of India, (CREDAI) will host a conference on “Investment Environment and Funding Mechanisms in Real Estate Development” in New Delhi on Friday, the 14th of September, 2007.
The NCR chapter of CREDAI, organizers of the event, will focus on the
issue affecting the Indian real estate market presently through four sessions.
These sessions will address the following subjects: Urban Economics – The Basis of Development; Is the Real Estate Market Getting Saturated; Growth Strategies of New Entrants; and Funding of Real Estate Projects.
