UAE based real estate developer ETA Star is all set to enter into real
estate India with a realty
project in Bangalore in 2008.
The company will bring the project on its land bank of 300 acres on the
outskirts of Bangalore for the planned mixed use developments.
ETA is currently working on the commercial and residential property
project to come up on 70 acres at Binnypet in Bangalore.
New construction will be available by 2008, says Mr Abid Junaid, Executive
Director, ETA Star.
The company is also engaged in development of a Dh11-billion project
that will include the construction of residential buildings and industrial
zones in Tamil Nadu.
India has been rated as a top investment destination for development
of residential, commercial, retail, and hotel properties by a new report
commissioned by Cityscape Market Intelligence Service (CMIS) and published
by the Oxford Business Group (OBG).
