Arihant Foundations and housing, major property developer based in Chennai is setting up another residential project in Chennai, backed with funds from J.P.Morgan Property Fund.
The company entered into a joint venture with J.P.Morgan for
the project which will be spread over 45 acres of property.
The
latter is focusing on metro markets in Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore,
Delhi and Hyderabad, apart from Chennai to support real estate
projects.
In 2006, J.P.Morgan garnered USD 300 million from institutional
and high net worth individuals from the US, Asia, Europe and
the Middle East for investments I in Indian real estate.
