Overseas workers are outperforming the locals in UK and emerging as top choice of the firms there, says data complied by business lobby group British Chambers of Commerce (CBI). Answering the question: What encourages you to pick immigrant workers over locals; most of the employers in UK give credit to work ethic followed by overseas employees. Moreover, they are given the title of being “more productive. Overseas destinations throw up good professionals. As in today’s
scenario, with growing professionalism demands and pressure on
bottomlines, there is a growing need of members of staff who can
work with keeping visionary policies in mind. Migration has been proved highly beneficial for the British economy, says 75.8% of managers and also as reported by the survey. It is bothersome to see British businesses turning away from British workers, says David Frost, director general of the business lobby group, the UK’s chronic skills shortage must be addressed by the government and take necessary steps to bring reformation in school curriculum to ensure that youngsters enter the workforce with the skills and the vision required to take the things higher.
