Was the image of ‘Global Indian’
same in the era of 70s and 80s as it is now? Well! The answer
is certainly NO. During those times, an individual having completed
his/her bachelors from a top technical university, went abroad
for higher studies and settled there on to build a successful
career was believed to be true ‘Global Indian’. However,
we do not entertain such a picture in our mind if talk about present
day scenario.
Not to be ignored is the fact that name and fame accomplished
by these Global Indians did a lot to change people’s perception
about education, living standards, work ethics, and determination
of Indians thereby bringing positive changes.
With improving business environment in India, talent from within
the country has emerged out in a distinct way. This has encouraged
more and more youths to grab the new-found opportunities. Over
the past few years, there have been developments everywhere. Talking
about India, it has undoubtedly made everyone felt about its riding
growth wave and dynamism.
The country is producing an overall different genre for Global
Indians who are redefining the globalization of India. Unlike
the past time, India conglomerates want to expand their horizons
to international market. There are businessmen taking a route
all over the world while continuing to maintain their base in
India.
Much commendable is growing interest of the Global Indians to
contribute in development of their motherland, India. They want
to leverage their expertise, capital and contacts to take India
to new high. Driven by a positive growth in every sector, India
ensues to hold their interests in an excellent manner.
